1. AI-Powered Quoting for Industrial Distribution: Upgrade on Top of Entersoft ERP
For a distributor with a catalog of over 20,000 SKUs, we demonstrated that replacing the ERP (in this case, Entersoft) is not required to benefit from Google Cloud AI capabilities (Gemini).
We implemented our AI Sales platform as an intelligent extension connected to ERP data, without modifying the ERP itself. Quoting time dropped by 68% (from 23 to 7 minutes) for the client’s sales agents, while human errors in product code identification were almost eliminated.

2. Forex: Governance and Compliance for FinTech in HubSpot
For Montelux, a foreign exchange (Forex) company, the challenge was not only implementing a sales CRM, but enforcing strict data control.
In an industry where compliance is critical, we designed and implemented an architecture centered on RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and strict data segregation between commercial teams across multiple countries. The result was a fully auditable communication trail and dedicated pipelines for prospecting versus closing.

3. eCommerce: Refactoring for Speed - SEO traffic and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Cartepedia.ro is a reference name in online book retail in Romania, but ecommerce platforms require modernization every 3–5 years, which became the core objective of this project.
OPTI carried out a major refactoring of legacy code, including the implementation of Sphinx Search Server for semantic relevance, Google Gemini for an operational chatbot, and a new UX across all frontend screens. The result? A loading time (LCP) below 0.5 seconds, which led to a 70% increase in organic traffic from Google and an approximately 20% increase in conversion rate.
