750,000 email folders from FreshSales were successfully converted by OPTI into structured, HubSpot-compatible data, completing a complex data transfer achievement that made the process exponentially simpler.

In order to address the structural issue, we created and put into use a PHP script that not only made the conversion into a HubSpot-compatible structured format easier, but also added data validation and organization to the entire process.

However, the challenges didn’t end there. Next we had to handle various email scenarios, validating data and create HubSpot contact accordingly ensuring correct email associations.
