Salesforce new facilities in 2023 and what it promises for 2024.

Salesforce provides its customers with new product releases, services, or improvements three times a year. These releases are the outcome of substantial investments in research and development over several years, aimed at assisting customers in achieving cost savings, improving efficiency, and fostering trust.

Looking at the new improvements planned for Salesforce, Marc Benioff, Chair and CEO of Salesforce, declared: “At the same time, we are leading the next major revolution in CRM — infusing trusted, secure generative AI across our entire product portfolio. Salesforce’s generative AI ecosystem wields Einstein GPT, Slack GPT, and Tableau GPT, delivering trusted power across our product portfolio.

What are the new features in Salesforce?

The following is a list of the new features and updates included in the Salesforce '23 release:

  1. Enhanced Flow Builder Interface

The updated interface will include a series of changes that make it easier for users to create custom flows, including new icons that provide more apparent visual cues and improved user experience.
